Co-Founder & Operations Lead
Subhan Abbasi is a core partner at Bit Harbour Technologies, combining practical IT knowledge with hands-on operational leadership. He completed his IT studies in 2025 and has built managerial experience since 2022, currently managing a transportation company—giving him real-world expertise in running day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and improving workflows under pressure.
At Bit Harbour, Subhan helps drive execution across delivery and operations, ensuring projects stay structured, communication stays clear, and solutions are built to match how businesses actually work. He brings a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, and customer experience—helping clients streamline processes through modern websites, mobile apps, automations, and custom business systems.
Hamzah Rehman Khan
Co-Founder / Legal & Commercial Operations
Hamzah Rehman Khan supports Bit Harbour Technologies across legal and commercial operations—helping ensure client engagements are structured, clear, and professionally documented. He holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Sussex (2021–2024), with key academic focus in International Business Transactions, Contract Law, and Global Business Law & Regulation.
Hamzah brings practical experience from working on real transactions and contract processes, including contract review and coordination with external parties—strengthening his focus on precision, timelines, and communication in business settings. He also served as a Legal Intern (Online) at Ten Media Agency (Oct 2024 – Jan 2025), where he drafted and supported legal documentation such as NDAs, employment contracts, and role/responsibility outlines, and contributed to improving internal contract templates and document workflows.
At Bit Harbour, Hamzah helps keep partnerships professional and consistent—supporting client documentation, commercial clarity, and operational structure as the company scales.
Muhammad Eesa Faisal
Co-Founder / Finance & Operations
Muhammad Eesa Faisal supports Bit Harbour Technologies with finance and operations—helping keep projects, billing, and internal reporting structured and accurate. He is an ACCA Finalist and has passed 10/13 ACCA exams, covering areas like Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Financial Management, and Strategic Business Leadership.
Professionally, Eesa works in management finance operations at InterContinental Bahrain (IHG), with hands-on responsibilities across accounts receivable, invoicing, income audit, cash reconciliation, accounts payable, receiving, cost control, inventory, and procurement—experience that translates directly into building scalable business processes.
